What the app asks for, and why

Each permission is optional and only asked the first time you use the feature that needs it. The app never asks for your contacts, your calendar or your location in the background.

Ayde Pay is the money side of Ayde. Everything runs on your Ayde wallet: you top it up, pay in the products and send money to other members. How to order on Ayde Pay

To order a order on Pay, search or browse to find what you want, open it to check the details, then follow the on-screen steps to confirm. Search or browse Pay for the order you want. Open it and review the details, price and any options before continuing. Confirm using a saved payment method or your Ayde Pay wallet. You get a confirmation with a reference number you can track from your account.

Cards, recurring payments and pay later

Paying You pay for anything on Ayde with your wallet balance. Ayde does not take card numbers in its own forms. Cancel or change a order on Pay

Open your Pay history from your account, select the order you want to change, and use the cancel or edit option shown there. Whether a change is free depends on how close it is to the scheduled time or delivery, shown on the same screen before you confirm the change. Cancelling within the allowed window issues a refund to your original payment method or your Ayde Pay wallet.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone on iOS 15.0 or later, Android 7.0 or later, and the website in any modern browser.

Does the app work offline?

Your payment history and receipts open offline. Payments themselves always need a connection.

Does the app have a dark mode?

Yes. It follows your phone setting, or you choose light or dark in Settings.

Is there a home screen widget?

Yes. On Android, long press the home screen, pick Widgets and add the Wallet widget.
