What the app asks for, and why

Each permission is optional and only asked the first time you use the feature that needs it. The app never asks for your contacts, your calendar or your location in the background.

Yes, choose a time and the order appears under Scheduled orders.

What if something is missing from my order?

Open the order, report the issue and the answer stays in Order issues.

Can several people order together?

Yes, start a group order and share the link.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone on iOS 15.0 or later, Android 7.0 or later, and the website in any modern browser.

Does the app work offline?

Past orders and receipts open offline. Favourites stay browsable without data.

Does the app have a dark mode?

Yes. It follows your phone setting, or you choose light or dark in Settings.

Is there a home screen widget?

Yes. On Android, long press the home screen, pick Widgets and add the Order tracker widget.
