After payment your ticket appears under My tickets with a QR code. Show it on your phone or print it; you can also add the trip to your calendar.
Can I choose my seat?
Yes. Pick a coach and a free seat before you add the ticket to your cart. Taken seats are greyed out.
Can I cancel a booking?
Upcoming bookings can be cancelled from My tickets until the day of travel. Refund rules depend on the operator fare.
Do railcards work on Ayde?
Save your railcards in your profile. The operator applies the discount; Ayde shows which trains accept your card.
