Show your QR code or PIN. The first 3 days are included in the base price.
Rate and done
Rate the host. If you do not collect in time, the parcel goes back to the sender.

Cross-border and customs
The network runs locally inside each city today. Parcels that cross a border follow the rules of both countries.
Customs paperwork
Goods leaving the EU or entering it need a customs declaration with value and contents. The sender provides it.
Prohibited items
Weapons, drugs, hazardous goods, perishables and animals are never accepted, in any country.
Duties and taxes
Import duties and VAT are set by customs and paid by the receiver unless the seller says otherwise.

Questions and answers
How long is my parcel held?
Each point sets its hold time (usually 7 days). The first 3 days are included; after that a small daily fee applies.
What if I am not home for a delivery?
A failed delivery never goes straight back: the driver brings it to the nearest point and you collect it there with your PIN.
Is my parcel insured?
Every item is covered up to $335.79 for damage or loss while a host or driver has it. Report a problem from the tracking page.
How do I pay?
All services are paid from your wallet before the booking starts. Cancelled bookings are refunded to the wallet.
Who are the hosts?
Shops, verified private people, drivers and fleet companies. Every host is reviewed and rated after each hand-over.
Which parcel size do I need?
Use the size guide above: pick the smallest size your parcel fits. If it is bigger at hand-over, the host asks you to pay the difference.
Can I send parcels abroad?
Local delivery runs inside a city. For cross-border parcels the sender adds the customs declaration and the receiver pays any duties.
How do businesses ship with us?
Book fulfilment: your stock is stored at a host or hub, packed per order and handed to a local driver. Business Pro adds team seats and priority support.
