How the exchange works
Is it safe to buy a resale ticket?
Yes. The seller's code is cancelled at the moment you buy and you get a new QR code, so the ticket can only be used once.
Why can I not sell above face value?
To keep tickets fair for fans. Prices are capped at what the seller paid for the ticket.
When does the seller get paid?
Straight away, into their wallet, minus a small resale fee that covers payment costs.
