Bus travel questions

How do I get my bus ticket?

After payment your QR e-ticket is in My tickets. Show it on your phone or print it; the driver scans the code when you board.

Can I choose my seat?

Yes. Pick one seat per passenger on the seat map before you add the ticket to your cart. Seats already booked are greyed out.

Are the departure boards live?

Ayde shows the carriers' scheduled timetable. There is no live delay feed yet, so we never show delays we cannot verify.

Can I cancel or change a ticket?

Open the ticket in My tickets and choose Cancel or Rebook before the travel day. The carrier's fare rules apply.
