Buy seller rules
Selling new products on Buy is a shop business. Read and accept these rules once before your first product.
- 1Only list new products you own or may resell, with real photos and an honest description.
- 2Ship within the handling time you set and add tracking for every parcel.
- 3Accept returns within 30 days as described in Buyer Protection.
- 4No counterfeit, stolen, unsafe or forbidden items. Listings that break the law are removed.
- 5Payouts go to your verified wallet. Fees are shown before you publish.

Who can sell on Ayde Buy?
Anyone with a Ayde account can list a product. Seller details can be checked before or after listing, and sellers who break the rules can be suspended.
What do I need to list a product?
A product name, a category and a price. Stock, a description, a brand and photos are optional but help buyers decide.
Where do I manage my listings and orders?
In the Seller hub. It shows your products, your orders and your offers on catalogue products.
Can I sell a product that is already in the catalogue?
Yes. Add your offer to the catalogue product instead of creating a second listing, so buyers can compare offers on one page.
What happens when a buyer has a problem with an order?
The buyer can open a case through Buyer Protection. Our team looks at it with you and the buyer, and may ask you for your side.

The return rules shown on your listing and at checkout. Make sure they are clear before you publish.
